    Some sort of offer is on the table .

    With an NTA of 5 times the share price , the last dividend of 16c going ahead, at 23c it looks as though it will be taken private in my opinion .

    The price ......who knows, but if the chairman publicly states that the current price does not reflect the fair value of the company , you would expect a reasonable premium for them to agree to a privatisation
