Anvil surge in share price - the cause?

About mid way in the month following the previous quarter -in this case the quarter was January to the end of March -
the Insiders/institutions have details of the quarterly report being processed -- or they analyse the probable outcomes to be reported.
Probably the former.

If the quarterly report due at the end of the month and early the following month (Activities Quarterly Report - Financial Quarterly Report) are valuated as positive institutions position themselves accordingly about mid way through the month.
The reverse also follows.

We are mid way through April and the share price has surged.
The quarterly reports due soon are deemed by insiders/institutions to be positive.
And as the actual profits are the most significant motivator of share price one can anticipate that the upcoming financial report will be very positive in profit statistics.

That's how I see it anyhow.
