+++++++++++++++++++++++++ The board of GWF is considering a proposal to undertake a selective reduction of capital, under which minority shareholders would receive a combination of a franked dividend and a capital payment from GWF. The matter is at a preliminary stage, and is subject to receipt of an independent valuation which the company has commissioned from a major accounting firm, and rulings which have been sought from the Australian Taxation Office.
The board does not expect to be in a position to make a decision in relation to this matter for some weeks.
