But I'll say this - that the sum of warrants price divided by two, plus the s/p has been less than the issue price for over a day now. Anybody selling now either paid nothing for the shares in the IPO or is making a loss. The claims of oversubscription of the offer have not been bourne out either factually (since none of the shares set aside for oversubscription have been issued) or by the circumstances following the float.
