Something must be up or else this is one hell of a bargain. PE 2, yield 21.2% the market is factoring in dividends being given away altogether at this price. I can't help thinking because it is thinly traded that one major shareholder is possibly pushing it down. For instance when you look at market depth at the end of yesterday there was only sell orders for about 10 thousand shares between 60c and $1.
