IMO, it could be a Cap order, TTR last traded just under 3M Shares on the 8th, which got the Share price to 6.5 cents. The rest of the trades for 30 days are ~ 400k-500k per day ave. I do agree that 10% is better than 0% or less.

If the interest is there it will be cleared in 3 days, if not then it will sit and just before the DFS be pulled.

Also did you note the presentation had +5 years for the mine life and the aim on the last page was written in past tense.

Could it be the DFS is between 5-10 years ?
