I have a budding amateur interest in geology and spent some time over the weekend having a closer look at the EM geophysics compiled by the Queensland geo website over the area that has been generating recent interest. It's interesting to see the various tenements overlayed onto the EM and fault data.

The yellow tenements are owned by our neighbours with their recent find being in the bottom yellow rectangle, the surrounding regions of green are HMX tenements, there seems to be some co-incidence with the recent find with the EM overlay and if we look at the fault line trends in the below picture, it would seem to indicate a good chance of similar mineralisations up further north.

Interestingly the region marked in red seems to be a contested area with exploration applications submitted by both companies, im not sure how these are resolved, perhaps someone can shed some light on this?
