I think you will find, while many OZ holders are gun shy from previous delays/ action etc, that many off us lond term holders, own quite large amounts of either oppies/ or fully paids, indeed the second largest holder of both, is indeed of OZ heritage.

At the moment that may not hold much weight, in the market, but I can assure those if us who are heavy in RRS are in for the bigger prize, and with the % of RRS transfered to AIM over the last 6 months, all will come into play for the benefit of all holders should short term expectations be forthcoming.
