border issues People seem quick to dismiss Rwanda and its soldiers as nothing more than mugs in sandals. There are geniune grievances that need to be addressed and both sides have dirt on their hands. However to write off Kagames troops is a little harsh. They are well equiped, but more importantly very well disciplined and expertly led. Look at the UN troops on the other hand. I have worked directly with UN troops for 3 years and some of the soldiers are just pathetic......I would put my money on a group of Rwandan soldiers over a group of Bangladesh soldiers anyday. Hopefully things remain calm and in the political forums only.
