IMO its not only PDN struggling to beak out. I also follow ERA PEN and TOE which are all struggling to break resistance levels and continually pull back. I think that all uranium stocks are in the hands of ST technical traders at present riding the renewed interest in the sector. Just need the uranium price to really break out and more longs will enter the sector. Testing my patience but should be worth the wait eventually. I am long PDN.
