    CPL continues to go up against the market. With the AllORDS down 0.36% today, Coalspur managed a very respectable rise of 5.36%.

    Clearly the market has voted in favour of the settlement reached last week with the only remaining protestor seen as a bit of a no case.

    Should keep rising now as the way ahead looks very positive given Canada's dependence on coal for heating in the chilly winter months.
