peter, also as i said to Sacd, if you look back earlier in the thread when i disect the secular bears in finer detail i highlight the cyclical bulls (within the secular bears)like we had for the last 4 years. what my later chart shows is the long term moves up. the last move was up but now we have moved back down to where we were 9 years ago. We are now in a cyclical bear within the secular bear.
