been interesting brokers been calling banks over priced but the price continues to go up - why - noticed that a lot of borrowers are going straight to the banks and also a lot of brokers have vaperised, also banks have reduced the referal % so per 1mil lent the bank is earning about 3k to 6k there were handing out before.so looking forward if the oligopoly will continue to profitise from the ecomomic generside cleanzing
