ISX is run by solicitors, and the reason they have the best technology and solution is they deal direct with regulators first, and then customers 2nd. I am 100% confident that John and his team have the inclination and ability to raise these concerns with the ASX in a meaningful way, that at least will result in a reason why they were not consulted, or perhaps will result in them being included in such initiatives.
