confidence re future earnings is almost everything in a fragile mkt. lack of consistent news re contract wins continues to erode mkt's faith in firm's ability to sustain earnings. This share was 5.20 just over 3 weeks ago! Not a stk for the faint-hearted and that includes me. Far better value and certainty elsewhere imo.
