G'day Cobaki...yeah mate it has been a long hard road but it has always been a risk Vs reward investment. The risks are high but the potential rewards are extreme.
It has often been 1 step forward and 3 back but there is still a strong sense of confidence on the ground in Puntland that they will eventually pull this off.....I hope that is all they are pulling.
I would not be surprised if a rabbit gets pulled out of the hat and that drilling starts earlier than December.
Don't write off the oppies just yet either.
