Donghui have a couple more months to complete DD. Maybe they like what they see along with the Quest deal .
Whether there is any significance in this, it cracked the overhanging trendline from yonks ago.
Would have to agree , this is a pretty damn cheap punt if it goes ahead .
The Chinese hunger for minerals would suggest that this one has a definite chance of starting.
