AGM is in late Nov I believe. (Where the good news will be spilt)
Personally I don't see a great lift of the price until AGM/Launch of the 1ml.

He used the figure of 12.5% price range 2.85-3.15 and his figure 2.99 ($3US) 15% discount gave 2.01-2.15 with middle being 2.07 17.5% discount 1.47-1.54 with middle being 1.51
I'll be happy with the bottom two $1.51 to $2.07 in the next 12-18mths.
