Could any-one clarify for me a couple of the following items listed on the agenda at the up-coming meeting.

The Projects:
Operator of Fausse Point project -GGP has recently completed production testing for one of several potential oil and gas bearing zones at Fausse Point. This zone started commercial production on June 4, 2010. There are also two other major zones which have yet to be tested.

Three months down the road and I can't find any reference or other info relating to production.

2/ Pass Acquisition Agreement:

(iii) "The company has received warranties in respect of the Pass corporation structure and the oil and gas interests in the USA that are generally expected in a transaction of this nature"

Does this mean if the acquisition is successful; we simply acquire Pass's working interest's and holdings?

Any constructive comments would be appreciated.
