I don’t want to deflate anyone’s tyres here but I would suggest the new oil field to which they refer is the Na Sunan East field which currently contributes approx 5000bbls per day. This hopefully should be increased come next announcement.
On another point, the small trades are likely to be computer generated buying at average daily weighted price. Specific computer programs are used to automatically buy or sell as case may be to so as to achieve an averaged daily price for purchased or sold shares. Likely to be a fund or similar accumulating stock. Could be 100,000 or 10,000,000 shares who knows.
