Indeed. They're pumping it with fiscal incentives so people go out and buy property causing house values to increase and then go spend more in retail stores/car yards/holidays etc due to this false sense of confidence/false asset value. It's funny how businesses are hiring people again but are still not investing in infrastructure/capex for growth initiatives and they haven't been for years irrespective of lower interest rates and fiscal/tax incentives. Outside of getting a new ute of course haha.
