Beat me to it, you have to understand that not just older consumers will want to speak to a human.
There is a lot of uncertainty in regards to: vaccines, passports, visas, quarantine, where can you fly and where you cannot.
People will want to speak to a human to have this explained to them and feel safe about travelling.
I'm sure FLT will put together packages/info to keep consumers informed which will eventuate to a sale.
Don't get me wrong WEB'S b2b WebBed will push revenue higher than ever once corporate travel resumes.
Both are in a great position to have a very good FY22.
My pick is FLT for now.
