BCI's SP actually fell from the 15 - 17 July - Go figure.
No word about Regent buying 4,000,000 shares on 27 July.
Something of interest, Consolidated Min./Iron took part in the SPP, buying their 1/6 allocation. I think it's fair to say that if Consmin weren't still interested in BCI they wouldn't have taken part in the SPP.
