My waters tell me Consmin Tils. They and ALK were the original JV partners. ALK has a longer history with Consmin unlike any other player who may be interested in buying BCI shares. I reckon that when ALK decided to sell they called Consmin first. I'd put my house on it that it had already been discussed prior to the call.
