up for the challenge ?

in light of the news just released on the IG website regarding the farce with the notes I think there will be a a little more incentive to finish this job off once and for all.

Christmas is the time for giving and what better present for shareholders for next year than a transperant and profitable company that is reflected in the share price increasing throughout the year.

2012 hasn`t been a good year for GGP shareholders so maybe the addition of Trevor Kelly or Tom Burt to the board may see a change of direction in the shareprice.

I have a message from Alan Mitchell and his partner Karen who would like to thank everyone for their best wishes for next week, the massive support already shown and the trust they have given Alan in providing their proxy votes to enable an accurate assessment of the postal votes for resolutions that will be provided by the company at the EGM

Despite the huge conversion of notes today into 207 million shares Alan believes that if we can get 48 million shares in over the weekend in the next 48 hours then Mr Burt or Mr Kelly will most likely get on the board of the company. Some may see the conversion of notes today as an attempt to influenece the outcome of the EGM so if the note holders want to challenge the shareholders then its time to take up the challenge.

At 10 am Saturday, 10pm Saturday, 10 am Sunday and 10pm Sunday Alan will provide updates of how the 48 million share challenge is progressing. Alan is working the phones and while most of the HC audience may have already cast their votes, for the posters who have not here is your chance to send your votes to a good cause and help achieve getting an independant on the board of GGP.

So it might sound silly but if everyone paticipates by ringing GGP shareholders they know haven`t voted or participate themselves if they haven`t yet voted then when the 48 million shares is achieved by 10pm Sunday then it will be highly likely GGP will have a new director and a new direction.
