re: global recession geen0..............They might stop raising rates and we'll have a big rally in everything while at the same time th US dollar plunges. That might be their plane, to monetize the debt.
USD goes down heaps, more money in circulation. Suddenly the debt looks much smaller.

But the end result is the same. A lower dollar and high inflation (due to interest rates being on hold) will produce a crash anyway.

Between a rock and hard place. Only question is how much longer they can keep the party going.

The party is being held on the Titanic though. People dancing, laughing, drinking champagne....unaware that that iceberg is approaching which will sink it all.
