They did say it was a good buy at 1.5 then at 1.8 then at 2c. All on the back of solid news. the problem is the lack of soid news. Cash burn of 1.6 mil without progress with 600 k left is problematic. the question is who will provide the funds with such poor progress? Another SPP so shortly after the last one
