Hi Xterra. The next settlement payment of $250,000 is due by the end of tomorrow.
If they default DNI are required to pay the remaining balance of the $2.5 million.
What course of action the Company chooses in that event is unknown but it could lead back to the negotiating table. An interesting couple of days ahead. If DNI does pay on time they will then owe Cougar another $500,000 in two months time. Cheers, E
