DNI are currently in default with their second $250,000 payment to Cougar awarded by the Arbitration ruling. I'd say punters are are taking a position prior to the 27th July. That's DNI's last day to pay. If DNI fail to pay they will be in a vulnerable position which CGM may be able to capitalise on. The outcome is still unknown but they only have just over two weeks to make good. It will be an Interesting next few weeks for Cougar's shareholders. Cheers, E.
