Looking back at the wilson HTM report on the 2nd of June they rated a buy at $1.00. They gave a $1.14 valuation with risk and a $2.79 unrisked valuation, and they said the major risk was the court case.
Now, as we all know the result was terrible, but with the court case out of the way then how does this unrisked valuation play out? Once the figures are redone without the litigation costs factored in it looks pretty attractive.
Plenty of angry shareholders jumping ship and a lot that were mainly interested in the settlement, but once this dies down looks like it might be a good chance to start moving up.
LANI results must be close as well.
