SP is holding up. Record date in the future lets holders opt to be in or out. If in - mad not to tape up the rights issue.
Question then will there be enough buyers to buy the exiters and to hold the price where it is. Will depend on the story around how they will use the money. If on a a decent local marketing program and business development - makes sense. I'll be very interested to see where this goes.
