No one should be surprised by the capital raising, it was telegraphed several times including the half year presentation.
It is unfortunate that the price has been falling, forcing them to issue at an almost all time low. I suspect that is why they didn’t wait till end april to release the 4c (i.e further falls due to no news were likely)
The only real disappointment is that sales revenue is proving to be very slow in ramping. If they had seen reasonable growth in sales, the decision to participate would be much easier. Their failure to lobby succesfully for inclusion in the state subsidies is another hard to fathom miss on the sales organisation side. Paid a lot to ramp the sales organisation but not seeing much return yet on the top of the sales column.
