To the contrary, I hear that Colin Patterson is spruking the market. And what's wrong with both of them spruking? They both obviously understand the enormous potential value of the gold project at Mt Kasi. One is trying to get control of it and the other is trying to hold on to the control of it.

Didn't Mr Patterson get voted off Emperor Mines recently?

If he was voted off, why was that?

Also, I can't find how many shares Mr Patterson holds in bks. Has he got his money where his mouth is? If so, how much?

If you don't know much about the other proposed directors, maybe you should do some research on them.

The general meeting has been called by a small minority group of shareholders who hold approx 5% of bks. (possibly less than that after the latest capital raising and share distribution.)
Mr Patterson is one of them.

In the mean time, hopefully bks will find more gold at Mt Kasi.
