wwhl, don't get me wrong, I hope BKS finds more gold - it has a lot of potential. I just think it needs someone who actually has Fiji mining experience to do it. In response to your post:
1. Spruking when you are a director is illegal - so yes there is a problem with him doing it
2. Colin Patterson was kicked off the Board of Emperor by DRD after he refused to endorse their takeover offer earlier this year (and after they didn't get 100%) - look at Emperors announcements from Aug. It had nothing to do with his ability to run a gold mine
3. Taking your advice, I have done some research on Gunzburg and Colless - both have enough gold experience to make me comfortable they can do a better job than the existing directors.
