    I agree but I am in too deep. For my 2 cents worth and I have mentioned this before. The CEO has to go, Neil has taken the company as far as he can and it is time for him to step aside. Neil can no longer deliver any more benefit to the turnaround plan that is needed to bring life back to this company. Neil in my eyes has stalled. I would welcome other peoples opinions.
