Cheers waiken - agree with all of the above. Have held a bunch of gir shares for ages too, and benefited from the spin offs. Just bemused though by the market's lack of interest until recently - and my own silliness for not topping up at half the price (and less). Seems the iron ore is the main catalyst for this latest surge - but as you say gir holds heaps more value in its other assets as well.
