    also I think some people missed this statement:
    "PSY will pay $330,000 for the exclusive global licensing rights for MEMS-based optical spectrometer, half of which is payable within 30 days of the date of the agreement and the balance in 12 months."

    they haven't paid the full amount straight away, only half. they have 12 months to pay the other half, and by that stage we "should" be rolling in some revenue.
