announcement has nothing to do with share price, it is just coincidence, that share price dropped after announcement. The SP dropped after Japan stock market dropped 8% lower than yesterday, when it is dropped another 6%.It is already called the `biggest drop from 1987` i.e. 14% in 2 days. It is not dumping, it may be more serious, it may be repeat of 1987. Japan has 3rd biggest biggest economy in the world, it may draw the weakened (GFC)world economy down because they cannot produce (now electricity) their cars, they cannot produce computer and their parts, or electronic goods, they cannot produce steel,a lot of their ports cannot work. Plus uncirtainty with nuclear reactors, shortage of food,oil, gas, electricity. They cannot put their dead to rest - too many. Lucky us, we think only about share price. Good luck too all.
