The buyback is confusing.
Basically the buyback price includes a percentage of fully franked yield.
Recipients don’t pay capital gains tax on the entire sale price.
Looks like the current price is 22.78, the buyback price will be $22.23, so the buyback price will include $.55c yield.
$22.23 + .55c = $22.78c
I may be completely wrong, new to off market buy backs.
