Yes I agree with buying quality companies when things are depressed but the argument is, they're not getting a bargain with this deal anyway!!!
Clearly SGB is in more trouble than the rest of the major 4 and I just dont think this is a good deal for shareholders and is hurting us.
IMHO of course. My average is $19.14 so I aint too far out of the money but still, not good :)
