Capital will start moving out of the Japanese market ...
overpriced in my opinion. Chase better returns in the US.
There are pockets in the US that are looking promising. Housing looks weak.. but productivity and capacity utilisation figures are on the rise. I think that we might be starting to see a shift in the US from the booming housing sector to a manufacturing base. Oil and inflation still remain the things to look out for. ... and of course the Bernancke tongue.
I think that the US will range for a while then move higher.
