    I reckon ALZ is sensational value and accumulating more. Too much focus was placed on its home and apartment poor sales outcome when its real jewel is its ever increasing commercial property division which is worth $1.4 bill which they hope to increase to $2 bill by the end of the year.

    You can't complain about all that recurrent income!..lol
