Personally I think the selling is because if they had they held AIR they would have been worth more...at least those who are wilfully selling are saying so...so once AIR settles and people look at the bigger picture and SWM makes an announcement that tells of the value of selling AIR I think not much will change.
Also I think more could have been announced in detail how this transaction was going to work out for SWM. We can speculate.....
