I don't want to hold my breath, but the market depth and indicators are giving me hope. Hopefully it's not false hope.
I don't recall the last time the sellers were in the 3 millions and buyers in the high 2's. We are almost even.
All I recall is watching a constant line of 7/8 million sellers for months on end.
Fingers crossed SWM'ers.
