That's an excellent post Andrew. @andrewan I didn't even bother to factor in EV multiple. It is just too low and stock price is under everyone's radar and too cheap. Debt coverage is excellent.
Here's another scenario;
If management decide to book in $130 in net profit for this FY and decide to payout 100% of that in dividend, then
130/722 = 17% and plus your 100% fully-franked div that makes it 25%. A 25% yield on stock.
I'm sure a lot of analysts would or may loose their jobs if management did this. They would be blind sided by this move and their fund managers will give them a bad rating for not knowing how to price in equities with an asymmetrical gain potential.
It is a hypothetical but mathematically possible. How good is that.
