Morningstar released a report at close of trade today and were quite happy with the overall result.
Regarding the share price they said the 'no dividend' had a very small negative impact but they believe that "shareholders are left pondering whether they prefer SWM to be the Predator or the Prey in any industry consolidation"
This trepidation they said might explain the negative stock price reaction to the results ... this makes some sense on the short term unknown.
