As I said, chance for a dividend is slim as upper management are happy to lap up all of the profits at the expense of its staff and shareholders.
I believe a good company should value all of its staff while having a fair and positive work culture, which in turn given time reward its shareholders. Lack of guidance is the result. You will notice the share price history correlate with this.
