My advice and My advice only is all those who bought at a higher SP then where it is today should average down and avergae down heavy! I believe the Taliban will be different to how they were and feel that they need to be to get peace as they want control and if they know they can without conflict then they will change their ways so another reason for the markets to jump on the back of that!
