What is next ?
1. People attending AGM heard - divi will be considered for reinstatement by June 2022
2. We just had Prime belted on ( Dec vote ) for cash..it makes sense to wait 6 months to pay down more debt associated with Prime acquisition ..so we will be below 200mln Net debt by June 2022 and paid off Prime and ever stronger as combined business...it makes sense.. prudent Balance sheet management
3. We will be in ASx 300 in 2022 ...with dividends and Prime on SWM will not ve below 75c ...we will be over $1
4. I especially look forward to 2023 where combined business , momentum in digital, more cost out and Dividends....this is huge cash machine...Ebita over mln 320mln
