I get a feeling the big firms will keep buying in and then do a high rerating to suck the retailers in. Long way to go for SWM. $1.2 looks like a piece of cake in 2022 unless there is a big surprise in store. Nice feeling lying on my lazyboy with a beer in hand on a sunny day. Took a holiday from work, may be should take more often....haha
